The Retreat is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. The apartments were all well maintained and the grounds are always ... well kept. But above and beyond that is the costumer service that all the staff employ. Never have I met management that has gone so far beyond what normally would be asked of them to help you out. The property manager, Kayla, was incredible to work with and really showed a lot of kindness in helping me out, which is very rare to find. Coming from out of town, I am not very knowledgeable of this city, so I searched from Olathe to North KC for apartments. The photos, reviews and location lured me in to check The Retreat at Woodridge out. Finally a complex that matched their advertisements and photos. ... I am incredibly picky and been fortunate enough to live in amazing places. This is unbeatable for the cost.

Fastest management responses and maintenance in the area. If we have an issue, they get back to us within a day or two. And faster if it's an emergency. - Also major dog lovers! What's not to love.

Pretty good place to live. Right across the street from hyvee so all your grocery needs are a walk away! Not only grocery stores but a whole bunch of other convenient shopping outllets are on the same road. Response time for work orders are pretty prompt and the staff is great.

I absolutely recommend Retreat at Woodridge. In all the places I have ever lived, I have never had maintenance be so on top of things. If I ever put in a work order, it is taken care by the next day. I love the interaction the office has with the tenants and all the activities we have. Thank you all so much for being so wonderful.

My husband, my children and I have Almost a year of living here, it really is incredible, very good communication, the office staff and maintenance are very efficient, a very good place in a good area and we have always felt very comfortable. I really recommend it if you want to live calmly and comfortably.
